SMS Consent & Text Messaging Terms

Better Air Spokane may send SMS/MMS text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in to receive service-related text messages.

How You Opt In

You may opt in by entering your phone number on a Better Air Spokane contact, quote, scheduling, or service request form and selecting β€œYes” when asked whether you agree to receive SMS/MMS text messages from Better Air Spokane.

The opt-in language explains that messages may relate to quotes, scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, service photos, invoices, receipts, missed-call follow-up, voicemail follow-up, review requests related to completed service, and other service-related communication.

You may also opt in by texting START or YES to Better Air Spokane.

Types of Messages

Messages may include quote follow-up, scheduling and appointment coordination, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, service photos, invoices, receipts, missed-call follow-up, voicemail follow-up, customer service follow-up, review requests related to completed service, and other service-related communication.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your quote request, appointment activity, and communication preferences, but is typically no more than 4 messages per month unless you are actively scheduling or receiving service.

Opting Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, Better Air Spokane will no longer send you text messages unless you opt back in.
