hERE'S What to ask

Planning to shop around for the best price? Our prices are simple and all-inclusive, but others may not be. Some air duct cleaners will try to sell you low, then add additional charges once they are in your home. Before you book, ask if they include…

Every supply vent? - These are the smaller vents that blow hot and cold air into every room of your home.
Every return vent? - These are the larger vents that draw air back to the heart of your system to be heated or cooled.
Every trunkline? - These are the arteries of your system. Though out of your sight, these large ducts carry the air to multiple vents.
Cleaning the furnace and blower motor? - Your furnace is the heart of your HVAC system and needs proper cleaning in order for the service to be effective and long-lasting.
Sanitize the ductwork? We're the only company that we know of in Spokane to include botanical disinfectant on every air duct cleaning.
Sales pitch? Our customers comment on how nice it is not to have to wait through long sales pitches.
Do you use compressed air? Brushes work great in round ductwork, but fail to get the nooks and crannies in the rectangular trunk lines.

  • No Per Vent Fees (all supply and return vents connected to your furnace are included)

  • No Access Panel Fees (some systems require extra access panels to clean properly, these are included)

  • No "Extra Dirty" Fees (many of the systems we clean have never been cleaned before)

  • No Harsh Chemicals (we use Benefect, a botanical disinfectant to kill bacteria, viruses, and mold)

  • No Sales Pitch (our air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services are all inclusive)

Don’t compare apples and oranges.

Prices may also vary depending on how other companies clean your air ducts. They might use a round, rotating brush on a long, powerful vacuum hose. This is great for round ducts, but not very successful for rectangular ducts. It also limits their ability to do a proper furnace cleaning.

We use the only process approved by NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) which includes using compressed air agitation tools and a large negative air machine to ensure a thorough cleaning of any shaped ductwork and the furnace.

Do you use a duct truck?
We use portable negative air machines and believe this is a better duct cleaning method. The metric duct cleaners find most important is the amount of filtered air flow the vacuum system provides. Our portable systems are able to reliably provide the same air flow at the furnace as a truck mounted system with a 100' hose. Truck mounted systems pull your heated or cooled air outside, effectively making your home the same temperature as outside. At the furnace our portable vacuums provide similar suction,

Do you use a truck mounted vacuum?
I've got to admit those truck mounted vacuums looked pretty sweet. When we looked at the different options and chose to use a portable negative air machine because of the many benefits over the truck mounted vacuums. After running 50 to 100 feet of 12 inch hose, truck mounted vacuums lose a majority of their suction and also pull you're heated or cooled air outside. Our system allows us to hook up our vacuum just a few feet away from your furnace and provide the optimum amount of suction.

Do you clean carpets?
No, but we'd be happy to recommend a company you can trust. We're proud of the fact that we are a specialty company who has the right equipment for the job. There are a lot of carpet cleaning companies that have chosen to add a air duct cleaning to that list of services. These companies are able to use their high-powered carpet cleaning vacuum and add a special rotary attachment to agitate the ductwork. Using a rotary attachment can harm to flexible duct work and is not as effective is high-powered compressed air whips.

Do you install and service HVAC systems?
We are experts in the air duct cleaning, but don't install and service HVAC systems. We work with a few trustworthy companies that we'd be happy to refer you to for anything from yearly maintenance to a new install.
